I visited the Salt Lake Public Library on Sunday for an assignment in my favorite class right now, Visual Communications. It's such an inspiring class focused on "experiencing architecture". I did a quick sketch of the "urban room" as it's been named by library-goers and wandered around for about half a day. It was so relaxing and I absolutely loved a quote that I read on one of the check-out desks, so here it is...

I love this quote! Probably because I live by deadlines, if I didn't set my own deadlines and goals...I would be off fluttering with soft clouds that don't make the whooshing sound. Whoosh...poof.

I'm with Emily on the quick sketch thing! Quite impressed, really. Anyway, we are in town until Sunday, and if you get a moment in your spare time you should come by my mom's house and say hi.
