One of the best things about Summer is...

FOOD! We love food. Seriously. It is sooo good. This meal was a good one, so I took a picture. It's complete with beets, green beans and basil from my mamacita's garden, fresh corn on the cob, bread and honey butter from the farmers market, and a juicy steak. Yum.

Grr.

Man, I've tried to keep my posts in themes but there are so many pics to dig through! I still don't even have everyones pictures! As always, it was a memorable and amazing trip with the family and I always look forward to the next time! Here are some pictures of the crazy Powell Party Pirates :)

Boys will be boys.

Ze Captains.

Cheese!

Then we let everyone ride in our boat...

Okay, fine. Not OUR boat, but one day we will be able to say that. It was a blast!

Cave swimming

Another great Powell adventure was when Mike surprised us and drove us through some beautiful narrow canyons that led to a huge rock overhang that provided some great shade for swimming. We all jumped into the water to cool off and relaxed for a bit.

Jump!

We camped next to a beautiful red rock that we could swim to and then hike to the top of it. Tam and I enjoyed the view then climbed back down. The boys on the otherhand...

Summertime, and the livin's easy...

Of course, one of the best memories of the trip is just hanging on the beach. Nothing like digging your feet into the sand and soaking up some rays while listening to music and hanging out with the family. There is absolutely nothing like Summer.

I love my sister!! We have so much fun together...I love you Tamwa.

This is Temily. Well...Emily, but we have an understanding that I call her Temily. I guess it's an inside joke, but whatever. You know how there's peanut butter?

Little Laynee just melts my heart :)

Brandon is our resident margarita specialist. If we don't look normal in this picture, that's because we're not. We are actually quite abnormal, I mean, have you met us?
